The versions "Textlink" and "Button" don't allow your visitor to choose any options - you determine with which parameters our information is called. If you choose the version "Form mini/standard", your visitors can fill the fields provided by you. However, you also have the choice to predefine the field values.
For the selected form elements you can determine the initial values.
If you have selected the type "Form mini/standard", please remember that your visitors can still edit the fields in the form.
